This powder is amazing and definitely worth the price tag. I have combination skin - oily in my tzone and some dry patches around my mouth and cheeks. The powder is great at controlling oil - I put on my makeup around 8AM in the morning and by 3PM, my makeup still looks great!!! Usually i would get oily around 1PM. So it's very longlasting. This powder also has not broken me out and it just looks soooooooo good when you have it on. i dont use the sponge that came with it to apply, i use the sephora buffing brush with the short handle and just gently press it on. I usually like to try out different powders even if they are good, because I just want to see what there is to offer, but this powder is so good that i just might repurchase...

I really like this powder. It gives good coverage when used alone or with a liquid foundation. Powder is really smooth and looks natural. Doesn't give a powdery, made up finish. It looks beautiful when i touch up my foundation mid day or when applied on top of my foundation or tinted moisturizer. I just wish they gave an extra sponge because the sponge gives the best coverage. When applied with a brush I don't get much coverage. Overall, I really like this powder.

Holly Grail

I've tried many powders and testing all these powders wasn't fun, i have sensitive skin so i pretty get an allergic reaction and dryness. I have combination skin T-Zone gets oily, I'm in love with this powder, my sister tried it and she loves it too. Keeps you matte without drying your face the formula on this powder is silky soft best part my skin loves it no allergic reaction is A+ for me.

classic beauty pressed powder

lightly scented, super finely milled, it is lightweight and doesn't dry me out even in my dry zones. I may have gotten a shade too light (via online) but I still love it =P. The brushed case is also subtly designed w the burberry plaid and, as a fan of the brand, it makes me feel nice even before you put any powder on. It's not summer so will have to wait and see how it does when my T zone gets oily. Missing a star b/c it does give me a "powedered" look in some lights but again, it could be b/c i got a shade too light.

$52. Pretty packaging. However, this is the first compact where the top mirror portion broke off in my purse. First compact ever and most expensive compact at that! I heard rave reviews about the powder but I was and still am underwhelmed. I think my Becca powder compact was better (discontinued) and it has that flowery grandma smell if you know what I mean. I will not be repurchasing.

Lightweight and Soft

First off, I'm going to say I love the packaging and the "feel" of having a Burberry compact. In terms of the actual product its a quality pressed powder. I do not use it for coverage, but only for setting existing product. Its lightweight and soft on my skin and adds a flawless finish.

Nice and silky

A good powder foundation, works better when wet. The price is steep, packaging pretty though.

light skin colour range issue

First off. This is the best powder foundation I've ever used. I'm 44 and I've used many. It's finely milled, lovely fine coverage, does everything it says it does. Being fair/light skinned, I opted for the lightest colour offering in the range here. The only thing I'd point out is that the range is quite limited. I'm of rosy undertone and this is too yellow for me. Thankfully it blends well and isn't too obvious. That said, a cool toned option does need to be offered but isn't. For this I deducted 1 star. Otherwise this product is fabulous.

Lovely coverage

This provided me medium coverage, bought the honey tone. I am tanned asian with oily tzones and dryish cheeks (it varies on the season). I tested this so many times at Sephora and it always delivered such a stunning look that I bought it. It smells a bit like chanel foundation (sort of rosey) but it doesnt last on the face. The packaging is nuts, its this ultra shiny lux burbery designed metal with a velvet cover. The mirror that comes with is is awesome. The coverage lasts me a good 8hours (I wear it on a 12hr shift). Its buildable because its so fine, but because it does have coverage, just be careful with high coverage foundations, layering it can cake. It doesnt control oil, it looks good even on flasg photo. Might buy it for my special occassion stuff but not a daily thing...it is better than my MAC studio fix in that it doesnt cake as fast.

Beautiful, luminous powder

This is the most natural looking, luminous powder foundation I have ever used. It blurs large pores around my t-zone and has very easily buildable semi-matte coverage. For colour reference, I am a NC 30 at Mac and Ochre #20 is my perfect shade. This product does have a fragrance, so be weary if that irritates your skin. 10/10, I will definitely be re-purchasing

Perfect Powder Foundation

Last year I went on a powder foundation kick, determined to find the perfect one. I had tried so many, but had to stop once I got to this one. I just can't imagine anything beating the look and performance of this foundation. Unlike most, which leave your skin looking flat/matte, this has a very natural finish. Coverage is about medium and buildable. I adore using this on days when I'm rushed and especially in the summer. I was concerned about the limited shade range, but the lightest shade works well on my fair skin and still when I get some color.

Holy cow, I can't believe it took me so long to get this product. I was skeptical about getting this because of the cost and not sure if I was going to be disappointed. I have dry skin so I am definitely picky with powders. This definitely amazed me at how well it performed that it is now my holy grail. It is so finely milled and truly does make my face routine flawless now. I have ochre nude shade 12 and I have light-medium skin. I was afraid that it'd be too light for my skin but it actually blended perfectly. I would buy this again and again. I would definitely recommend this over the Armani Luminous Silk powder as well. This performed way better.
