Awful - dried up unusable shadow - purple rain

I bought this on Saturday after trying the stuff ft textured sample. My little pot is dried up and not the same creamy consistency…. It can’t be smoothed on the eye or smudged and flakes off, very disappointed

Disappointed

My last order included an eye shadow in the blue shade and I was so disappointed, it was described as Baby Blue and yet it was almost purple/black in colour. I have tried several times to apply this but no success. I end up looking as if I have two black eyes, shall stick with the face and body products in future as they are excellent. This shadow will sadly (and expensively) end up in the bin.

Good product

really nice eyeshadow. Found I didn't need an eye primer with this product. shame there aren't more colours!!!

Terribly awful

Awful awful awful the worst ever eyeshadow that is impossible to apply and just crumbles down your face and cheeks! Do not buy this product I’m so disappointed I’m trying to send it back

Hit and miss unfortunately

I bought the Glossy Brown and it is wonderful; silky and smooth with a very slight sheen. So I bought the Purple Rain thinking it would be as good and I'm so disappointed. It's dry and flaky and I will just have to throw it away.

Love the colour, size and feel.

Love this little number. It goes on well and will allow you to build it up. I also like that it not too bulky. I don’t use a lot of eye shadow and never get to the bottom of one before I’ve found a new colour. So the size is ideal for me.

Lovely affect

I have purchased 3 of the satin shadows; initially they effortlessly glide onto the lid with buildable glossy colour, what's not to like? Unfortunately, I have been disappointed because they have dried up and become flaky (despite careful storage). Such a shame as apart from this the product is very good.

So natural you don't know it's there at all

This looks like a warm slightly peachy tone on screen. It is in fact light brown and looks completely non-existent on, more like a base or concealer in effect than an eyeshadow. It has a lovely texture and glides on well but I wanted a warm natural and this isn't it.

Delighted

I have worn this eyeshadow most days since I bought it, love the colour, the texture , I am up at 5am for a 12 hour day and this product takes through. Definitely going to buy other colours

Dried out

Product arrived dried out, rattling about in it's pot. Totally unusable. Will be returning for refund. Very disappointed in Clarins, your products are usually so much better.
