Love this.

This is my favorite lip product. It is very moisturizing and I love that it doesn’t have a taste. I use a lip liner and then put this lip balm on in pillow talk and it looks so natural. It never settles in lines and doesn’t dry out my lips like most products do.

Lovely colour but case has a fault

Love the colour, feel and shine. Downside is the cheaper feeling plastic case not usual with a quality brand. Twisted the lipstick up to use and it won’t retract now!

Meh

I purchased this in a CT set and this was the full sized product. I’m glad I was able to try it but I’m not impressed. The packaging is really problematic! You can only twist out the lip balm but not retract it back in. Very bizarre design. Moreover, it’s very soft and makes a mess on application no matter how carefully I try to apply it. I can only imagine what this will be like in warmer summer months—it’ll probably melt everywhere! The quality of the actual product and shade are great but I just can’t get past another CT poor packaging design. It’s a shame. I can’t recommend this lip balm at this price given the many flaws it has in application.

Great Formula, Terrible Packaging

Slightly sticky but buttery and fully pigmented, this lipstick/balm is wonderful in all but packaging - cheap, plasticky, not at all what I'd expect for the price! It also makes application difficult, as the lady on the counter warned me, you can wind this lipstick up but not down, so you're stuck with only being able to risk a tiny amount of it being above the rim (so it doesn't get squished when you put the lid back on), and this in turn means it's difficult to get a good angle for application.

Must-have versatile lip product

This is my favorite lip product and I can’t find a dupe!! The price is kind of insane and it’s sad I’m addicted to it, but it lasts so long and it’s the perfect mix of gloss and stick. Keep it in all my purses

I love it!

I bought this brand for the first time today walking around in John Lewis. It really helped to get personal advice from the shop assistant and to try different shades. I'm very impressed with this lip balm, it feels soft and hydrating and the colour is beautiful. I wish it was more widely available in stores.

Not good

Hii , i yesterday purched a new lipstick and when i come home and open the product it was broken inside. I was sochked to saw my new lipstick in this condiction. Can you replace my lipstick

I don’t understand why this doesn’t have higher ratings. I love it. It has great color and hydration. I’ve gifted it to my daughter, daughter in law, college, my cousin, elderly aunt, and a friend my age of 63. Beautiful product.

Ummm, I LOVE THIS LIPSTICK!

I got this for Christmas a year ago and I absolutely LOVE THIS LIPSTICK, hands down my favorite going out lipstick, stays shiny all night long! This product deserves way more attention than it got. Chatlotte always SLAYS.

Not worth the price

Formula is moisturizing and pigmented enough but it’s not long lasting at all and the packaging is worst. Once you open it, you can’t close it like other lipsticks. It’s not worth the price.

Beautiful

I bought this initially for my mother in law who likes an easy to wear shade but when I tried it I loved it! The formula is so hydrating & feels so comfortable on my often dry lips! I have repurchased twice since. I spent several months in & out of hospital & this lippie made me feel happy every morning that I swiped it on with or without a mirror. It made me feel more like myself when I didn’t have access to a proper mirror etc. I am planing to try other colours too. The only thing I would change is the applicator, it feels cheap like a Rimmel or similar lipbalm but the product itself is beautiful!
