Bring back the original bottle!!!

I used to love this setting spray, but ever since they changed the bottle and nozzle, I can’t stand it. The formula seems to be the same, but it’s no longer a fine mist, as the nozzle spits out large droplets now. I thought maybe there was just an issue with the bottle I had bought, so I bought a second bottle and had the same issues with it. Also, it spit the product as soon as I started using it, so it’s not like this started happening when I was low on product. I really wish they wouldn’t have changed the packaging because I love this formula, but without the fine mist it’s not worth it.

Glass skin effect

A fabulous setting spray that gives a dewy, almost glossy, skin like finish. It melts powder seamlessly into the skin and makes everything look smooth and natural. The mist is incredibly soft and fine, lightweight and hydrating. It truly makes your skin look like skin. There is a shine to the finish, so I wouldn’t recommend it for oily skin types, but for my dry skin it works beautifully to create that glass-skin effect.

Was not impressed. I felt like it was too light and did not hold my makeup.

The worst setting spray I have ever tried

100% a NO. It leaves my face all oily and sticky, doesn't set make-up at all. The worst setting spray I have ever tried in my life.

Best for a natural, dewy finish

Hourglass has been my favorite setting spray after trying many of the other popular brands. It’s a light, refreshing mist and instantly gives my skin a dewy look while flawlessly blending my entire face of makeup. I took away one star because the larger 4 oz bottle is no longer available.

A possible contender

Was sad that i couldnt make a purchases for the biggest bottle as Sephora dont bring back popular stock quickly or enough of it so i settled for the medium size. Once again am on the hunt for the perfect base so this means i need to most perfect setting spray to go with. At the moment this seem good enough to co sider repurchaseing but ill have to clarify that after a few more tests.

Nice most, great lasting long formula

This setting spray from hourglass held my makeup for at least 9 hours without retouching. No scent, nice mist. The spray mist is high end and designed to spray evenly. This is one of the best setting spray, top notch when it comes to formula and packaging

A solid setting sprsy

I am always looking for an awesome setting spray that helps my makeup last, gives me a subtle glow, but doesn’t lead my face to being mega shiny. I’ve been really happy with this one. I’ve noticed less lines in my concealer and an overall improvement in how long my makeup is lasting. I love that it has no smell. The applicator is great allowing for a very even application. Overall, this is a solid setting spray though not 100% perfect. It held its own when I went to a theme park during a hot Florida day but it definitely struggled to combat the humidity and keep my makeup looking fresh.

Beautiful setting mist!

I'm a former makeup artist and have been able to try so many different types of setting sprays over the years. This is a beautiful formulation with a gorgeous fine mist. My makeup melts beautifully together with all day staying power. I've had multiple people compliment my skin and this is the one big change I've made to my morning makeup routine. Definitely worth checking out!

This setting spray is amazing, it keeps my makeup in place all day long. My face feels very hydrated and comfortable after I apply it. This spray blurs my pores very well giving my makeup a flawless finish. I also love that it’s water resistant, I don’t need to worry about how my makeup looks regardless of the weather. I highly recommend it!

works so well and leaves a nice finish over my make up. does it make it get cakey fast. so I would definitely say it’s worth it. just recommend shaking it before using. has a slight smell, but nothing overpowering.

This setting spray is GORGGGGG! This stuff LOCKS in your makeup! Hourglass cosmetics always puts out the most amazing products! i truly love this product and will definitely continue to keep using this!
