The packaging rusts inside

I’ve been using this for just under a month and love the consistency of the cream. I bought it because it was supposed to be good for sensitive skin/rosacea, however my skin seemed to get more irritated as I continued to use it. This morning I noticed that the inside of the tube is rusty which I’m assuming is why my skin has been so irritated after using this product. I will be returning and choosing a different product with better packaging.

Does not pill on top of Retin-A (tretinoin) gel

This layers really well on top of Retin-A (tretinoin) gel. I have tried so many others that pill on top but this one does not.

Didn't care for

I'm surprised I didn't like this product but I didn't find it to be hydrating at all. I have a few other barrier creams/balms that are extremely hydrating and I expected a lot more from this product.

Feels great on my hands and feet

I run and my feet were really dry and cracking. I have been using this at night and it has made a big difference. I also like it on my hands. They really feel much softer and I do not find it greasy. I received a sample and then bought the full size.

Break outs

Broke me out. I really loved the texture and smooth it was, it was also lightweight. I wish it didn’t break me out.

working in healthcare, my hands are extremely dry and sensitive. I love the thick texture and that it's hypoallergenic.

The only thing that helped my oily, dry skin and did not cause any negative reaction. Soothed my skin's redness and dryness without the heavy, greasy feeling most hydrating lotions give. A new staple in my skin care that is worth the price. I suffer from severe acne both superficial and under the skin but can confirm that this if anything actually helped cure it and my oiliness.

Fixed dermatitis when nothing else would

I’ve dealt with dermatitis around my eyes, especially the outer corners of my eyes off and on for several months (we’re talking June 2025-January 2026). This is the only product that has successfully transformed my skin.

This did NOT work for me. I thought it would be a good, "safe" option to relieve and protect my skin during a recent rough patch, but it was the opposite - made my face burn and sting, to the point where I had to quickly wash it off to get the sensation to stop.

An absolute yes

I do not waste a drop of this. I use this on my hands and face in the winter and nothing else has helped me as much. My skin gets so dry and painful with the lack of humidity. The only two beauty products I ever use every ounce of is a good cream and a good lip mask and this is my new favorite. I do wish the tube wasn't metal though.

I was just prescribed an acne treatment that had been drying my skin out so much, i’m talking chunks of dead skin falling off. This has helped so much! My skin is looking so much better already and i hope it will improve further with more use!

Miracle balm

This is a miracle balm, truly. I get extreme dry, scaly skin in the winter and with one application of this cream I saw an immediate improvement. The best part is that it isn't greasy at all, my skin absorbs it completely. The only complaint is the packaging. My first tube came damaged and I had to get a replacement but it still isn't sturdy enough and punctures easily.
