Fabulous product ruined

I have used this product for many years and it was completely perfect for my skin. It had a lovely rich texture that just soaked in to my skin and made it feel so good. I have just opened the new bottle and it is completely different! You now have to apply with a pad because it is so thin. I am so disappointed. Yet another product ruined. I used to use all Clarins products and now I hardly touch any of them.

Mighty mini miracle!!

I had bought a product a while back and with my order I received a mini sample bottle of the Super Restorative smoothing essence. The tiny bottle lasted 3 weeks!! I was amazed by the quality and consistency of this!! So, of course when my tiny mighty bottle was finished I had to order the standard size. I use it morning and night. !! Wow! I definitely see a big difference on my skin . I’m 66 and this has erased wrinkles and dry patches!!

I was just about to finish my last drop of this formula, when I realised I had not re-ordered it. Immediate purchase has put my mind at rest, as there is nothing to beat for a pre make up lotion that does what it says it will do. I have been using this product for over 30 years!

This essence is amazing

This essence is perfect after cleansing and toning to restore moisture. It gives the skin instant hydration and visible glow without being oily. It preps the skin perfectly for your serum and moisturiser.

Is it worth the money??

Great product but has become very expensive . Not sure if it is worth the price. Missing it.

Good base for other Clarins products to work and keep skin in good condition. Easy to apply and quickly absorbed into skin. Makes a good start to morning skin regime.

What a shame

Tried new updated essence , what a disappointment very watery ( is this so one wastes more by having to use a pad to put it on? ) Not the same quality as old product . Such a shame to replace an excellent product with an inferior one. Please listen to your customers or risk loosing sales!

Effective treatment

My face looked and felt very well after a week of using the treatment. It is a bit expensive but it lasts for a long time and is effective.
