I have eczema, cystic acne, and perioral dermatitis and this is the one product that can actually treat all of them. This booster is quite expensive, but I'm certain it's saved me money as I'm not testing out other things and going to the dermatologist as often. This is the only product I've found to effectively treat my acne without tearing up my skin. I love it

I have very sensitive skin and more often than not skin products make me breakout and oily. I got this in my monthly Ipsy bag and was hesitant to try it. I don’t usually try the skin care products they send because of my sensitiveness. For some reason I decided to try this and IM SO GLAD I DID. This works wonders for my skin. Miracle Serum

I got this product on ipsy a while back after seeing the really impressive ingredient list.... Colloidal silver, sulfur, kojic acid, and salicylic acid are all supposed to be amazing for acne and I’ve never seen them all in one product before. I was apprehensive because of the fragrance, which is a little strong. Fragrance is irritating for acne and just not necessary. But luckily the fragrance didn’t seem to irritate my skin in this case! In fact, this product works wonders. I use it anytime I have a breakout and everything shrinks or disappears overnight. This has become my holy grail acne product and I will be repurchasing.

I've had a pesky breakout on my chin from wearing masks for the past few weeks that I just couldn't get rid of. My friend brought this into work for me to try, put it on my breakout and honest to God, 2 hours later and its significantly smaller. I almost don't believe it myself!
