It’s not bad, but the stick foundation is a lot better and it mixes better with my primers, this one peals off with some of it.

I believe mine was expired. Probably why it was on sale. It came out like water even after shaking it vigorously. You can see white marks that are inside the bottle and do not mix with the rest of the product no matter how much I shook it.

I love this foundation. This I would say is medium to fuller coverage and easily buildable. Blanc is a perfect match for me and has a true cool undertone unlike a lot of fair foundations I have found. I would definitely give this foundation a try. I am so happy I did.

Coverage is decent but the color didn’t match the same way it did in the store. The red undertone was way too prominent for my skin.

Love this product. Goes on smooth, provided full coverage and doesn’t look cakey. You do have to be careful not to use too much otherwise it does change the way it looks.

Podkład przy pierwszych 4 użyciach był bardzo dobry - miał mocne krycie, rozprowadzał się bez problemowo, trzeba było go zmatowić co 2h ale myślałam że ok - mam skóre mieszaną - nie mam się co czepiać. Niestety przy kolejnym użyciu zaczął się robić coraz bardziej tępy. Rozwarstwiał się na skórze, wchodził w zmarszczki i jeszcze bardziej się wyświecał. Próbowałam z wieloma bazami matującymi ale nic nie pomogło. Gdyby pozostał taki sam w konsystencji i działaniu jak przy pierwszym użyciu dałabym 4 gwiazdki, ale tak - tylko 2.

Worst foundation I have ever purchased. Bought the Vanish airbrush concealer, Caution mascara and a blush and loved them all. But the reviews on this foundation are accurate.The It somehow made my pretty decent skin look horrible. Settled in to fine lines, I could see poresI didn’t even know were visible , it made my combination skin look dry. I tried using a moisturizing primer, I tried a brush (my preferred application method) and a beauty blender. All horrible. Not to mention even with a setting powder it started to slide off my face within a few hours. I will be returning.

I really love this foundation. I have oily skin and also have a pretty rigid skincare routine, so my skin is always exfoliates, hydrated, etc. I do struggle with a lot of redness in my cheeks and around my nose(thank you, genes!) and I find this foundation covers it well. As long as I follow the directions and only use 1/4 to 1/2 a pump with their(hourglass) recommended brush to apply, it looks beautiful! The first time I used it, I used a whole pump worth and it was awful! I also find if I slack off on my skincare routine/exfoliating toner, my dryness starts to show(like with all foundations on me, exfoliation is key for me, personally). I use the cream shade in winter and alabaster in summer. They do look similar, but there is ever such a slight difference between the two and its perfect for my skincare. I find it very difficult to find fair/light AND cool toned foundation shades, but hourglass nailed this!

I have tried so many different foundations, all luxury. Matte, satin, all types of finishes and nothing has worked as well as this. Most of the time when people try a foundation and they don’t realize that the first step to a good application is to have good skin. A good skin care routine will dictate how any face product sits and settles into your skin. I’m a Biossance girl all the way, but it’s still really is a 60/40 deal. A good foundation will only meet you half of the way. So before critiquing I foundation think about the canvas you were giving it to paint on. Having said that this foundation is amazing! It gives me nothing less than perfection. I strongly suggest getting matched. Most of the time people believe the foundation is at fault when it doesn’t work to a skin tone they think they might have. I typically don’t wear a primer and really only think of primer works for an extremes, either too dry or too oily cases. Prepping with only my skin care gives me the perfect barrier. I have large pores around my nose and cheeks and I find that this product doesn’t settle into them like other foundations have. It’s not too thick and it glides across my skin perfectly. Also something that people tend to neglect, giving them that airbrush look. Is a good brush that will help deposit product evenly across the skin. I prefer to use Japanese made brushes for their quality and craftsmanship. Shiseido Hanatsubaki Hake polishing Face Brush is perfection. But even if you don’t have all the bells and whistle‘s this foundation will still provide you with an amazing finish.

The finish is chalky and makes my pores look even larger. It wasn’t entirely full coverage for me, I had to build it a lot and it would just end up looking cakey and patchy. It would cling onto my acne and emphasize it more making it look purple and gray. Definitely won’t be buying again. Wasn’t worth it for me. It also has a weird smell and the consistency is watery and oily. It made my skin even more oily throughout the day and it doesn’t seem to stay on when I’m blending. I’ve tried using a brush and a beauty sponge. The color was definitely not my shade either.
