The conditioner itself is also quite nice performance-wise. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easy to brush through. It doesn’t weigh my hair down and pairs well with the shampoo in terms of how my hair looks afterward. So formula-wise, I actually don’t have complaints. But just like the shampoo, the fragrance ruins the experience for me. I’ve loved the scents in other OUAI products before, so I really expected this one to smell good too — but it’s the opposite. The smell is very similar to the OUAI shampoo I use on my pets, and once I noticed that, I couldn’t un-smell it. After using the conditioner, I feel like I have that same “wet dog” scent on me. It’s such a small detail, but also such a dealbreaker. Because of the fragrance, I won’t be using this conditioner anymore, even though I genuinely like how my hair feels after using it.

This is my second time buying OUAI Medium Hair Conditioner and I’m even more obsessed now. It leaves my hair soft, smooth, and easier to detangle without weighing it down. The scent feels like a mini spa moment and the shine lasts for days. It’s become my go-to after every wash, totally worth repurchasing. I notice less frizz and better manageability daily too.

My hair is smoother and looks great. It smells so good. I like the ingredients, COCONUT OIL helps Strengthens, helps seal split ends and reduces breakage, and HYDROLYZED KERATIN helps to softens, smoothes frizz and adds shine. Hands down one of the best I've ever used.

When I rinsed it out, I loved how easy it was to detangle my hair, and once it dried, it had more shine, movement, and softness; all thanks to ingredients like coconut oil and babassu oil. I’ve been really impressed with the results and how much healthier my hair looks. In my case, to maintain the results for longer, I always add a bit of hair oil at the end. I totally recommend using it together with the shampoo from the same line.
