I do not think I will continue using this shampoo and conditioner set. It removed all oils and left my hair feeling extremely dry. I was pretty hopeful this would work for me but I’ll have to pass. I’m surprised the conditioner at least didn’t bring SOMETHING back.

Absolutely obsessed with this conditioner! It is super hydrating and leaves your hair super silky smooth! This is a great conditioner for medium hair and does not leave your hair greasy or sticky after your shower!

This conditioner by Ouai is great for my medium textured hair. It’s not so heavy that my hair feels weighed down, but substantial enough to nourish my hair. After repeated use my hair (which is prone to frizz) looks smoother and shinier. Love that it contains keratin and oils to improve the health of my hair. I used with the accompanying medium shampoo for my complete hair routine.

I really enjoyed this Medium Hair Conditioner from Ouai. I use it together with the shampoo from the same line. I have wavy, frizzy and unruly hair, and I love how this conditioner hydrates it and makes it smoother, shinier and softer. It’s also important to me that it’s safe for my color-treated hair. I use about a quarter-size amount, apply it to the lengths and ends, and rinse with cool water. It helps seal the cuticle and gives my hair more shine. The scent is really nice too, and I love that it’s light and not overwhelming. Once my hair dries, it leaves such a soft, pleasant smell. Overall, it’s a great product and it definitely lived up to my expectations.

I really liked the OUAI Medium Hair Conditioner. It makes my hair soft, smooth, and vibrant. I have frizzy hair, and this conditioner does a great job of taming the frizz and adding shine. After using it, my hair looks well-groomed and nourished. I've added it to my routine as the final step in my hair care and I'm very happy with the result!

Not for me

The conditioner is nice and gives really deep hydration to the hair. But for me it didn’t suite me personally. It leaves my hair greasy as if there’s a residue especially when I want to style it with a curling wand or blow dry it.

This conditioner looks great sitting in my shower, and the experience is even better once it hits my hair. It gives my thicker wavy strands the perfect balance of moisture and softness without ever feeling heavy. My waves stay smooth, hydrated, and easy to comb through, and I never deal with residue. It has become such a reliable part of my routine.
