Glitter is grainy

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Right off the bat, the packaging of this gloss is beautiful. It feels very sturdy and high-quality, and the design is very pretty! The shade I received, "Honeymoon", is a beautiful rusty pink color with pink and copper shimmer that will suit a wide range of skintones. The scent of YSL's lip products is also one of my absolute favorites, a light and refreshing fruity scent. I was also really impressed by the plumping ability of this gloss- my lips appeared noticeably plumped shortly after application despite how gentle the plumping sensation is. I have sensitive skin and experienced no pain or irritation, only a warming sensation. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives to this gloss that lead to me not reaching for it as much as I'd like to. The first and most significant flaw for me is the glitter. Glitter glosses are not my personal preference, but I try not to allow that to influence my rating- the issue is that the glitter in this gloss is so grainy! There's a huge amount of glitter in every swipe of this gloss, and I can feel it when my lips rub together like a very fine sand. The flecks of glitter sometimes clump together a bit in an unflattering way, and it's also extremely difficult to remove from the skin. That leads to my second complaint- I find this gloss to be too sticky. This does make it have pretty great longevity, but it's an unpleasant sensation on the lips and combined with the glitter just makes me feel messy. I think I would favor the glitter-less shades of this gloss more, but considering the price point, I don't find this gloss to stand out enough to be worth the cost. If you really enjoy super glittery glosses, however, you may end up loving this shade!

Not impressed

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I'm underwhelmed by this gloss. There is a light tingle from the plumping effect but it's fortunately not painful. Aside from that it's just a thick gloss with gritty shimmer particles that isn't particularly flattering on me. It might just be the shade on me but I expected more from YSL.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a pretty gloss! The color is subtle, and the plumping effect is also nice. The tingling sensation from the plumping isn't over the top, which I appreciate. It has a pleasant scent to it as well! It doesn't feel particularly hydrating, but it doesn't feel super dry either. Overall, I do like this gloss! When I'm wanting a plumping gloss, this will definitely be one of my go-tos!

Gorgeous plumping gloss

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this lip oil gloss! The color and shimmer are so pretty for summer! The melon scent is lovely. The formula really plumps lips and I can tell a difference even sometimes the next morning that my lips are fuller and moisturized still. The oil makes it so it’s not too sticky but still long lasting. The iridescent shimmer flakes are large enough that you can feel them when you rub your lips together and the plumping formula tingles and really plumps lips which might bother some people, but doesn’t bother me. Overall gorgeous product!

Glittery and luxury!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the color. When it first came I was nervous but I did end up liking it in the end. It feels so silky on my lips. I really feel smooth. It does last a while as well. After a while it does come off and feels a little rough but to be expected. I’m not sure if I’m in love with it but especially for the price in the long run but it could be an extra special luxury I allow myself to get every once and while.

Pretty color and shine

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the color and shine but did not notice much plumping. Yes it burned a bit but did not noticed any effect.

Very glossy and plumping

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This lipgloss was very shiny and sparkly, and the color was very pretty. My lips felt very hydrated after. When I first put the lipgloss on, it was a lighter color and then it gradually got darker. This lipgloss is very plumping, and even when I took it off, my lips still felt very tingly and plump. Although I do not recommend for people with sensitive lips because it does burn.

Love the shine and plumping effect

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the glossy finish of this plumping lip oil gloss it's the perfect shade of pink and sparkly. I love how it shines in the sunlight and its soft and silky consistency. It is buildable for a higher shine and pink shade. My lips did plump up a couple of minutes after applying so it does what it is intended to do.

I was so excited for this campaign because I really wanted this particular shade and I’m so glad I got it! It’s really cute and doesn’t transfer as much as a lot of glosses do. The packaging is so easy to use and it’s nice and it fits nicely in your purse. It’s gorgeous!

Not too much plumping, glides on smoothly

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Excited to try a YSL lip product. This one glides so smoothly and applies very evenly. I only needed one pass with a small amount of gloss to cover my lips. There is a slight tingly sensation which is to assume is for the plumping. The tingling didnt last long. As for plumping effect, very minimal in my case. I have thin lips so I would notice a change. I would probably get this in a more brown or neutral color as the pink with glitter isn't much of a favorite of mine.
