An ode to precious gems

I love the fragrances from Calvin Klein perfume house. I really think they have affordable, high-quality fragrances. This cologne smells masculine and sexy. Top notes are Juniper Berries, Sichuan Pepper, and Lemon; middle notes are Coconut and Lavender; base notes are Guatemalan Cardamom, Virginian Cedar and Patchouli. The coconut in this is like ground up coconut with the coconut husk. The opening and mid dry down are very aromatic with spice and a husk coconut scent. Once it dries down and settles in. It gives off a mature, light aromatic, slightly woody coconutty smell with a hint of lavender. The sillage is very good and the longevity is between 5-6 hours overall good performance.. I highly recommend this cologne in the summer months.

Not worth paying full price for!

The scent itself was good but projection was terrible. It is very versatile and can be worn any season. It came well packaged and the value is worth paying full price for!

Fresh

Received sample product in exchange for review; this fragrance is very fresh. It’s good for hot steamy humid weather. The projection is very much a skin scent with the top note depleting on my skin within the first 20 minutes. I like it but feel like it smells to much like drugstore body sprays.

Decent

The Scent it's self is ok. Aromatic, fresh, & green. Coconut vibe to it as well similar to Jean Paul Gaultier Le Beau. Very inoffensive and can be worn anytime especially the warmer months. Affordable as well. Full bottle worthy for me though? No, not for where I'm at in my fragrance journey. But it is a decent fragrance. Makes for a great gift for someone who is new to fragrances or someone that likes to smell nice.

Not the best but ok

This cologne had a nice smell to it. It’s not over powering when it dries down, but it doesn’t last too long before you will need to reapply. Maybe and hour at max for me. I could see this as one of those colognes I wear when out doing errands and won’t be out long.

A deeper muskier scent, rather than a brighter citrus scent

The only other Calvin Klein cologne I’ve used is Summer. This Eternity scent difference quite a bit - it’s more musky, woodsy, and spicy. Not bad at all! I like it. But if you are used to a brighter, more citrus oriented scent, then this likely won’t be for you.

Body wash Quality Scent

I’m not a fan of this scent. Very adolescent body wash quality to me. It isn’t necessarily terrible, but it smells very strongly synthetic and I don’t see much in the way of appeal for me.

Not the best

I don't really get aromatic. It's a sweet scent, kind of along the lines of le male or paco scents. I'm really enjoying it the coconut definitely stands out as the main note to me. It's fresh, a bit dense, but very inoffensive and had a long time projection for sure. Value is ok.

Not very unique

When given the opportunity to sample this new Calvin Klein I was excited because it has been quite some time since I’ve worn a CK fragrance and I figured this could be special. Was I wrong? Ehh. Not a terrible scent by all means but honestly nothing different than what’s already on the market or possibly in your current collection. If you want to add a new aquatic to your collection then sure pick this up just know it’s one of those familiar scents.

Nice scent wish it would last longer

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The packing was ok when I received the package. The scent was smooth allowing for it to be used a going out cologne. I didn’t rate it 5 stars because the scent doesn’t stay on long before having to spray some more on to get through the evening smelling fresh. I do recommend others to try for themselves because everyone’s body chemistry is different.

Too much coconut

Overall, this scent was enjoyable, however I found the coconut in it to be overpowering to the point that the other scents were almost not present. This would definitely be a summer scent use but its versatility was fairly limited for use. I don’t think I would purchase this scent in the future if I had the chance. If the coconut was more subtle then it would have been much more enjoyable.

Nothing special

Personally, the scent of this was just okay. I didn’t really notice anything special about it, but of course that is my own personal opinion. It was a sample size product so unfortunately there was no real packaging to it to comment on. I’ve used other colognes in the past that had a unique scent and this just seemed generic to me.
