Not Worth It

Bad version of the St Tropez mousse. Leaves a sticky feeling and the tan fades quickly. Pump broke after 3 or 4 uses anyway. Gets 1 mark for the level of guide colour and the smell.

I like this a lot! I have tried all fake tans and this reminds me of coolah but a bit darker toned!

Pump breaks quickly

I hate to write a one-star, but I’ve bought this twice and the pump broke immediately both times! It’s such a shame cause the color is really nice and I feel like I would adore the product, if I wasn’t resorting to pouring it out and using it as a liquid. :/

Gives me a fever + rapid heartbeat, tan is great!

Unfortunately I think I had some sort of allergic reaction to this product. I used it two times after trying a patch test with no side effects and both times, I developed a fever and rapid heartbeat. The first time I only left it on for 1 hour before rinsing and the fever developed that night. The second time, I developed a fever within 20 minutes of applying and left it on for the full 3 hours, thinking I was just coming down with something. It wasn't until I rinsed it off and the fever went away that I realized I could be having a reaction. It would be great if the company, Sephora, and other self tan products could more clearly call out side effects that are not contact dermatitis and clear skin reactions. This happened to a friend of mine several years ago, too. I had not used self tanning products in 10+ years before using this and from a quick Google search it seems like I likely have developed some sort of DHA allergy. There are a few articles and several Reddit posts (with many comments!) about people who develop flu-like symptoms from self tan products. The tan looked awesome though, super even and natural looking! Disappointed I can't keep using this.

Almost holy grail status!

As a pale girlie I’ve been self tanning for years and I’ve tried every brand out there — all of St. Tropez lines, Tanologist, Bondi Sands, Dennis Gross, Coola, etc etc. I never loved Isle of Paradise before this, their drops always blended weird on my skin type but I decided to try this and I am SO glad that I did. I’ve repurchased 3x since. Other mousse formulas cling to dry skin for me, but this glides across almost like a velvety bronzer or bb cream would. Blends like a dream. AND IT DOESNT LOOK PATCHY ON YOUR FACE! Wooo! I was so tired of having to buy separate face products with a lot of brands. The guide color isn’t bad, it does transfer a bit but way less so than any St. Tropez I’ve tried. You can wear it out if needed without looking crazy. It dries within 10-15 minutes which is nice, if you hate the sticky feeling for hours after a tan then this is definitely the product for you. It also smells way better than any express self tan I’ve tried, no harsh DHA scent at all, maybe a bit of a sunscreen-y scent if anything. It gives you a lovely bronze, definitely warmer toned but not orange. Leans towards more of an olive than purple undertone. I love the convenience because I actually do see a light tan when I wash it off after just an hour, and 4 hours gives you a deeper tan. I want a version with a lighter guide color, but otherwise this product is perfect!! I will continue to use this as my go-to tan and you should totally try it too💕

Best fake tan iv ever tried hands down!!!!

Ok this is literally the best fake tan iv ever used, I would always buy bindi sands or St tropez but they were sold out of st tropez so I tried this instead and I’m SO glad I did! It’s so easy to blend, doesn’t streak and doesn’t give me any rashes or reactions like the others sometimes would! I will never buy another tanner!

left on for 90 mins and it does not look like i ever put on fake tan. I am very pale and never have this issue with tanners, so this was disappointing. Great formula for evenly applying tho

Beachy tan !!

Best tanning mousse I've ever used, looks extremely bronzed on my skin. I apply with a mitt and let it develop over night. This product did not dissapoint; usually im skeptical of self tanners because I find that most come off looking orange. This wqs not the case at all! Perf must have for pale skin.

Never going to stop using

Favorite self tanner I've tried. So here is what I do. I apply all over and leave on for about 3 hours. I apply to my face and neck for the last 20-30 mins with a kabuki brush. (I use a mitt for everywhere else). I do a quick body wash and all the sticky grossness washes away and I'm completely dry which I LOVE. The tan develops over night and I wake up looking pretty bronzed. It even looks amazing on my face which is so hard to find. The only place it streaked it where I washed my hands too early on but it is overall so seamless. I will say color is def more on the orange/bronze side rather than the green toned tanners but I like it more as the green toned tanners tend to make me look dirty and give me a mustache haha. I really love this tan a lot. I've used it all over twice and still seem to have a lot more product too.

If you like the bronze after application, prepare to be disappointed. I really wanted this color to develop deeply, but even after leaving on for 8 hours 95% of the color still ran down the drain. Fades

Easy to use

Great Tanning Mousse

I really loved using this self tanning mousse it gave me the perfect tan. It develops color really fast and it lasts the whole for up to 24 hours. My skin feels super hydrated while I have the tanning mousse on and it gives my skin an amazing glow. It’s so easy to apply it , I use a tanning mitten and works great. I highly recommend this product.
