Overall great!

The mask was very hydrating leaving my hair very soft and shiny. I will say a little goes a long way but it is perfect for my curls. I did a successful braid out using the mask for deep conditioning before styling. I received this as a part of an educational promotion.

Not recommended

I would give 2 stars but this probably would work better with the recommended shampoo and conditioner but it never gave hydrated and my hair still feels dry not even coated in the product.NIt recommended

Top Mask Ever!

This mask is definitely one that makes noticeable changes. I even used the mask in my hair overnight and my hair looked great the next day! No more breakage. Shiny, hydrated, soft. My hair actually looks healthy again! This, is part of the regimen that transformed my hair. I don’t even need to use a straightener anymore. I tried many products before this for my bleached, damaged and fragile hair. This is top of the list.

Perfect for curly hair!

I received this for product education and I love it! I love how nicely it works for my curly hair! I usually straighten my hair, and it leaves my hair so silky soft and smooth!

Restorative

Olaplex Rich moisture hydration mask is another hit product from Olaplex. This made my hair feel so amazing and honestly rejuvinated. I used this mask after shampooing in place of conditioner and let it sit on my hair for about 5 minutes before rinsing. It has a nice and heavy consistency that makes it super easy to spread and hold onto wet hair. I rinsed and my hair instantly detangled. I blow dry my hair after about 2 times a week and noticed it took a bit longer than usual to dry after the mask, but frizz was definitely cut down majorly. I would recommendthis to anyone who needs help getting their hair back to feeling soft and managable. If you have thin hair, just know that this is HEAVY. I went into this knowing i had to avoid my roots and that my hair would be weighed down after- which it was. This did help my curl pattern as well! I love the way my hair looks and feels after this, but it is heavy for my thin hair. Product was received as a part of an educational promotion.

Revived my hair!

This mask revived my hair! Before use my hair was dry, fragile, felt weak, and looked so damaged. Even after one use, my hair came back to life! It is so shiny and soft, it feels so moisturized and hydrated, and i have received multiple compliments on the shine in my hair. After using this mask, I noticed a reduction in frizz, and I live in a very humid area. I will definitely be purchasing this product in the future. I recently tried the Rich Moisture Hydration and Anti-Frizz Hair Mask, and I'm in love! The scent is absolutely divine fresh, clean, and subtly luxurious. While applying, my hair instantly felt silky and manageable, and after rinsing, it was even smoother. Styling was effortless, with no frizz in sight. A total game changer for dry or unruly hair!

Unsure how I feel about this

My favorite Olaplex products is No.8, the intense moisture mask, so I was very excited to try their new masks. I have thick, Type 4 curls that are also fine to medium in texture. I'm sure I could use either mask, but I chose the rich one. I found that No.8 is better at softening and detangling. The rich mask did aid in detangling, but it took a little bit more work than when I use No. 8. It definitely coats your strands, with my hair feeling almost waxy without being waxy, as if I had applied a moisturizing cream. It seemed to absorb better and result in more clumped curls where my hair is thicker (coarser) in texture, so I'm wondering if the fine mask would work better for me all over. Although my hair feels coated, it's definitely rinsed clean, so I can see how this would last 5 washes (especially for someone that washes their hair multiple times a week), even though I used it once. I did notice less breakage while styling my hair in twists, so I'd love to see how this performs when I straighten my hair. I'd also like to try it while sitting under a hooded dryer to see if that makes a difference. I do like that I'll get more uses out of it compared to No.8, but I'll still keep No.8 in my routine and maybe save this one for when I'm doing high manipulation styles that may result in more breakage, or for when I know I'm not going to be washing my hair for a while and need to keep the moisture locked in. Overall, I give this 3 stars, as I'd like to test it out more to see it's true capabilities. 1st pic is after shampooing 2nd after rinsing out mask

Nice for Smoothness

I had high hopes for the Olaplex Rich Hydration Mask, but for my hair, the results were just okay. While it didn’t deliver the intense, rich hydration I was expecting, it certainly wasn’t a bad product. My main takeaway is that it’s a good smoothing treatment, not a deep hydration one. After use, I noticed a pleasant reduction in frizz and my hair felt smooth and soft to the touch. The texture of the mask itself was nice and rich, and the scent was pleasant, making the in the shower experience enjoyable. However, if you’re looking for a dramatic boost of hydration for very dry or damaged hair, you might be left wanting more. The Olaplex Rich moisturizer Hydration, Anti-Frizz Hair mask is an amazing hair product. It's for dry , medium or thick hair. And I've been loving it for my curly hair that's finally starting to thicken back up too. It makes is so soft. Is helps it from looking so dull. And dry. And gives my hair the hydration it truly needs. If you've been waiting to try this and get your hands on it. Do yourself that favor. And go ahead and get it. Because you gonna fall in love with it too. And it smells amazing also. I leave it set on my hair mainly my ends. After I shampoo and condition, but I still leave some of my regular conditioner in it too when I go and put this in it. And let it set for 4 to 5 mins. And then rinse it out. And then style it however you want. I received this product for promotional purposes.
