Absolutely loveee! I’ve been using this eyeliner for years. It is the only one that I use, it’s highly pigmented completely waterproof and does not budge.

Smudges and dried out super fast

I got to use this only a couple times. I noticed it didn’t dry very quickly at all. If I open my eye, my eyeliner would smudge to my upper lid. Even worse, about two weeks after I had gotten it the top had fallen off, and the pen had completely dried out.

Good for 3-4 uses

At first absolutely loved the product! Glided on easily with a consistent finish. Unfortunately, after the third use the tip became dry. The tip of the foam brush bended and it was not useable. For the price point it was very disappointing.

Don’t buy it

The pen is dry I was waiting for it for special occasion )Eid) but very disappointed

A tragedy after using a handful of times…

The eyeliner was nice - it needed two layers to go on as thick as I like it. The tragedy is, the top does not click on firmly. I had it in my makeup bag in my checked luggage and by the time I got to my destination, the lid had fallen off and it was completely dried out.

very dark and very pretty

I'm in my late 40s and while I have other skills, eye wing drawing is not my best skill. But, here comes Pat McGrath to the rescue. I'm not sure if it's because this eyeliner is the right size for my eyes, the applicator is the perfect material, the product is the right consistency or all of the above, it just works. I have used KVD and Urban Decay in the past without success. My eyeliner go to is eye shadow and a brush, but when I feel brave, I use the PERMA PRECISION Liquid Eyeliner.

New favorite

I love this. I used to use the Clinique liquid “easy” eyeliner and since they discontinued it I have tried a succession of liquid eyeliner pens to find a suitable replacement. This is the first one I’ve found that I think is not only as good as, but even better. I do need to shake between applications but it goes on smooth and stays on perfectly until I take it off -even if I have for example been sleeping on a plane in the meantime.

Changed formula- horrible to use now!

I’ve used this eyeliner for years, it’s always been my favourite then the last two I purchased have not been the usual quality as before. It bleeds insanely, the ink isn’t as black and it just doesn’t last! Always justified the price because it was so good. Won’t be buying again as it has definitely changed

I think it’s the best liquid eyeliner there is out there. Unfortunately people don’t follow the instructions, so then it seems dry to them. when I pick it up, I first shake it a couple of times. And then I take the cap cap off and it’s so rich and smooth and precise and full, and it lasts about 2–3 months with every day use. Just make sure you shake it when you pick it up and it will change your world.

Longwearing. Doesn’t skip. Solid black. Purchased multiple times. My go-to for winged liner. Excellent product!

Insane smudging and transferring

Something must have changed with the formulation over the years. I have no eyeliner-loyalty, so I'm always skipping around trying new things, or revisiting products I used years ago. This is SO BAD now. I work from home, so I haven't worn liquid liner all that much. My first wear of this one was for a concert. I came home to a runny, horrible mess!! It was EVERYWHERE around my eyes. I blamed it on the rain starting when I was heading back to my car after the show. Ok, we'll give it another try. Another concert, one where I was sitting most of the time instead of being actively in the pit, and no rain. Same result! This product is trash, and the price makes it even more egregious.

Very easy to use, glides on smooth, lasts a long time!
