Pretty Scent, Just Not My Usual Vibe

I recently tried Light Blue Capri in Love by Dolce&Gabbana, and while I did enjoy the overall scent, it felt a bit too strong for my personal taste. The fragrance opens with a beautiful blend that hints at Mediterranean warmth, which I found intriguing and evocative. However, as it settles, the musky base becomes more prominent, and that’s where it lost me slightly. I tend to gravitate more toward light, fresh florals or airy citrusy notes, so the deeper, muskier dry-down didn’t quite align with what I usually wear. That said, it’s a well-crafted perfume with good longevity and projection—definitely worth trying if you enjoy sensual, musky scents with a hint of sophistication. For those like me who prefer softer, more delicate fragrances, it might be best reserved for evening wear or special occasions rather than a daily go-to.

Smells delicious

I got a sample of this and wow—I’m obsessed. It smells like a breezy summer day somewhere on the Amalfi Coast. Super fresh and citrusy at first, then it softens into this light floral that’s really pretty and clean without being too sweet. I love dolce and gabbana scents!

I received this as a free b-day gift. It's a great spring summer scent. And I like that it's not too heavy. It's a very fresh scent, slightly sweet. Will wear to a wedding coming up and may repurchase.

I received a complimentary sample for testing purposes. That being said, I love this fragrance and will probably purchase a bottle once my sample is gone! It's a lighter scent, but not too light. I love the hints of fruit and the floral notes you get while wearing it. It isn't too sweet. It feels very fresh!
