Not for me

At first I liked it but it made my hair worse. Appear drier, srawlike and tangly. I could t put my finger on why my hair was worse and then I realized this is the only thing I really changed in my routine. I really wanted to like this but it's not what my hair needs . Be aware.

I bought this after I kept hearing about k18. I was skeptical about this product due to the claims but after using it consistently for 1 month I can confirm my hair is softer , more moisturised and shiny . My hair texture overall has improved drastically ! A staple leave in in my hair routine

Recommend the small size

Hard to tell is this product actually works. There’s mixed reviews of how to even apply it. On the box it says not to condition your hair after use , which would effectively leave your hair super dry (specially for recently bleached hair). But then on their official website’s forum they say it’s ok to condition after the four minutes. I don’t notice a difference when I use it. Could be working , but could be a gimmick.

My first impression with details

This is my first time trying out this product. Here is a little bit of background on my hair: - It is not dyed, very long, thick with tight and strong waves (I use Dyson Airstrait or Airwrap because I don't like my natural hair), so of course I have naturally dry and rough hair with a lot of frizz. I do have some heat damage but not very bad since the ends of my hair are still thick. I regularly use the Dyson Omega product line with heat protectant in it, but of course it is still not magic, although I think it helps and I have less breakage than before. On my washdays, I use Head & Shoulders shampoo (this is the only brand my scalp is happy with and healthy), Curlsmith pre-wash primer, Curlsmith conditioner or their deep conditioner mask (everything is without protein). I purchased the mini mask, and it was advised that I should use the maximum of 6 pumps (which is 2 pumps with the big size) for my hair. I sectioned my hair in half and used 3 pumps per section, so I used a total of 6 pumps (I did everything the same way as the brand suggested). I didn't use my pre-wash primer or any conditioner after shampoo, just my regular products for styling after the mask (I waited 4-5 minutes and didn't wash it out). My hair was soft and reacted well to the mask, although I felt that my hair did not like to skip the conditioner at all. :D It is still soft but very fluffy, but I will keep using it that way. As you can see, my hair is not in very bad shape, so I won't use it for 6 washes in a row, it would definitely damage my hair since the mask is recommended more for chemical damage, etc. Everyone has a different hair type and level of damage, so you need to figure out what works best for your hair (it is a highly concentrated bond builder, so be careful). I will use it once or twice per month max and I will just skip to the maintenance part.

I tried the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask after coloring my hair and used it for my first four washes as recommended. It was super easy to use, just applied it after shampooing and skipped the conditioner. After a few uses, my hair felt noticeably softer, smoother, and less damaged. By the fourth wash, it looked healthier overall without feeling weighed down. Definitely worth it if you want a simple, effective repair treatment!

Best hair product ever

I’ve been bleaching my hair for 5 years and had severely damaged broken hair. Once I started using this my hair has never been better. It’s the only product that transformed my hair. Make sure to learn how to apply it properly as when you know how to use it you will have the most amazing results. My hair stopped breaking off and finally started to grow. This let me still continue to bleach my hair without my hair getting more damaged. The results aren’t necessarily instant but overtime you will look back and see how much your hair has improved. I work as a beauty advisor in a big beauty retailer and this is my favourite product in the entire store. Honestly if you have damaged hair you need to get this. I know it’s pricey but it’s such an investment and worth it. Even using just this for damaged hair and nothing else your hair will transform !!

I was praying to God i wouldn’t like the product because of how much it costs but it really is that girl. After a course of this i feel like i have the hair of my dreams

Holy grail level for damaged hair

My hair genuinely feels stronger even after one use. I’ve tried all the trending hair products- and this is one of the two that I’ve kept as my holy grail. Take a dime size piece and add to the tips (the acidic bonding one) perrrfect duo.of your hair. Then I recommend using the redken leave in shampoo

Great result but very expensive

I was a bit sceptical before buying because leave-in masks aren’t usually part of my routine and I was worried about a greasy finish on my fine hair. After checking the proper application, I realised a very small amount is enough. I could already see the benefits after the first use and I’m really happy with the results. The only downside is the price, It is very high for the quantity

Very good

It’s every bit as good as I heard it was. Well worth the money. My hair is fine and straight but I definitely have an issue with frizz and have been a hair oil user for decades. I don’t even need hair oil when I use this product. It’s really good.

A Non-Negotiable for My Lightened Curls

This product is non-negotiable for me since I started lightening my hair. It truly brings life back to my curls and helps my blonde color look healthy and vibrant. My hair feels repaired, softer, and noticeably shinier after using it. What I love most is that it even works on its own. I don’t need to add any other styling products after the shower. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but for me it’s worth it. I absolutely love this product.
