Not a winner for me

Not impressed. It left my hair feeling crispy (too protein heavy?). For reference I have wavy, coarse, and high porosity hair (and lots of it). My hair is also colored, but sadly this did nothing. Back to Davines.

SOS for hair

This is an absolutely remarkable product for damaged, frizzy and brittle hair. The treatment is indeed like a dream: so richly thick and deeply nourishing! It offers truly advanced repair with great anti-frizz action. The effect is also near instant, from the very first application (and it’s so fast too, barely 2-3 minutes then rinse out), I was so amazed. The texture is silky smooth, creamy and smells lovely, the product glides easily and absorbs into each hair strand, reinforcing it from within core from root to tip. It locks in moisture, softens rough edges, mends split ends leaving hair glossy, light and with healthy glow. I highly recommend this, it comes in a big pot and a little goes a very long way.

Loving this Product

It really does live up to its name, easy to use leaves hair feeling soft and strong. Reduced hair loss and my blow dry lasted over 4 days. So impressed , highly recommended

Got to be good for the hair!

I recieved this product from influenster in exchange for a honest review. Firstly this product smelt amazing! The texture was creamy and coverage my mid to long hair great. The finish was nice, similar to other products but not a wow moment

Powerful and fast hair repair mask!

This repair and resurfacing treatment is a transformative tool in my hair care arsenal! Its well packaged in an attractive silver pot with a mirror effect. Unscrewing the lid, I'm met with a pleasant floral smell. Inside is a thick cream that goes onto wet hair easily. I've found that a little goes a long way but had a big impact on the definition of my curls. They're more structured and my frizz is reduced! Despite the thickness of the cream, it doesn't weigh my hair down and washes out easily leaving behind hair that genuinely feels improved and repaired. Despite many uses, I still can't believe it works in just three minutes as by the time I've shaved my legs or cleaned my face it's time to rinse and my hair already feels stronger.

Great product

I feel like this worked very well for my hair, I did notice my hair was much softer after use. I'm only docking a star because I felt like it didn't help get rid of the tangles much. Overall it smelt good and the texture is really nice. It doesn't sit strangely on your hair. I will keep using it until it's finished but I might try a different product after. I do have some other colour wow products which I really like so I trust the brand and know it works!

Not really wowed

I received a sample of this to test for my honest review. Beautiful package and the formula has a wonderful light pink colour. The product also smells okay to me. The formula is hydrating, but not to the extent I expected from this amazing brand. The formula consistency is thick or creamy, I personally would prefer lightweight formula for hair masks. I’m just not wowed for my wavy hair type.

The best hair mask!

I started using the Color Wow Dreaming Advanced Repair and Resurfacing Treatment once a week, and later continued with a treatment every two weeks. Even from the very first uses, I noticed a huge difference in my hair. This product truly delivers on its promises. It transforms frizzy, puffy, and damaged hair into smooth, silky strands within minutes. The formula feels lightweight and absorbs easily without leaving any residue. I love that it’s silicone free and packed with nourishing ingredients like squalene, rice bran oil, and quinoa protein. After each treatment, my hair looks and feels healthier. Super soft hair!

This product made my hair feel super smooth and soft. It smells amazing and left my hair shiny. A little goes a long way - I also wouldn’t advise applying to the root area as it made my hair appear greasy at the roots. The packaging looks super sleek and is priced reasonably for the amount of product you get in the tub.

A dream!

I’ve been using the Color Wow Dreaming Advanced Repair and Resurfacing Treatment, and I’m honestly so impressed. The first thing I noticed was the scent… it smells so nice without being overpowering. The texture is gorgeous too: velvety, cloud like, and super lightweight, which makes it feel really luxurious when you apply it. After using it, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth, but what I love most is that there’s zero oily or heavy residue. It gives that healthy, repaired feeling without weighing my hair down. If you’re looking for a treatment that leaves your hair soft, manageable, and beautifully conditioned, this one is definitely worth trying.

Smoothes hair but leaves residue

First impressions were definitely positive, as the product looks classy and elegant in its large, glossy tub. The cream is thick and easy to spread evenly throughout hair. Initially, I was very pleased with how sleek and soft my hair felt, and did notice less frizz than usual. However, a couple of hours later I realised that the product seemed to have left some residue, despite being thoroughly washed out. Though my hair was still ‘soft’, it also felt a touch greasy. This feeling continued for a couple of days and wasn’t particularly pleasant, though also not terrible. Overall, I found this product to deliver on its claims of softening hair and reducing frizz, but was disappointed by the remnants it left and for that reason would not buy for myself.

Hairdresser approved!!

As a hairdresser I’m always interested in new hair products and this product does exactly as it says on the very cool shiny modern tin “Anti-frizz, anti-damage hair smoothing treatment refinishes and visibly repairs fluffy, frizzy, damaged strands.” The pink coloured cream is silky smooth, lightweight and absorbs easily into hair in place of conditioner, leaving my fine frizzy hair softer, smoother and still full of volume. After using, my hair was less tangled when combing. I dried & used my straighteners to do a bouncy blow out. My hair drying time was reduced and my the style held beautifully for next two days. Great product, I can not wait to try out the rest of the colourwow range!
