Something has changed....

I have used this product for YEARS, and have been purchasing the 1L bottles because it was more cost effective. I couldn't believe all of the horrible reviews when I purchased again, because this always worked great for me. But the formula must have been changed since my last purchase, because I had to return this. It was awful, and didn't do anything for my hair. I kept thinking it was in my head because I noticed the reviews, but after trying a few times, I returned it.

0 stars, would never recommend!

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Absolute garbage. Destroyed my hair, felt terrible after. Somehow made my hair feel greasy and dry at the same time. Actually returned this after 1 use, which I never, ever do. Don't waste your money purchasing this, the only thing it has going for it is the scent (which is fabulous), what a shame. For perspective, I have relatively long hair that is straight to wavy and dark blonde with some blonde highlights. I usually use Kerastase and Olaplex--- I wanted to try something different, but will stick to them from now on. I really just wanted to write this review so other people have an honest opinion on the product.

Super produkt

Bardzo dobra odżywka, śmiało bym się pokusiła o stwierdzenie że działa jak nawilżająca maska, udało mi się kupić ten produkt na bardzo dużej wyprzedaży, ale wydaje mi się, że nawet w pełnej cenie jest warty uwagi. Ładnie pachnie, świetnie nawilża.

Disappointing; made my hair worse

Terrible conditioner. Leaves my hair coarse and tangled, doesn’t condition at all. I feel like I must have purchased a factory reject because I can’t imagine Bumble and bumble putting out such a genuinely drying and terrible conditioner

Nothing Can Compete!!

BEST CONDITIONER EVER HANDS DOWN!! I have color-treated, blonde, dry and frizzy hair. This stuff makes my hair soooo smooth and silky!! I recommend using a different shampoo though, as the Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco Shampoo is somewhat drying if you have dry hair like me.

Do not waste your money. The product smells good but that is about it. It does not condition and my hair feels coarse after using it.

don’t buy!!!

Hate that I bought the huge bottle before trying it! If you leave the conditioner in your hair you have this white residue. If you rinse it out more thoroughly your hair is all in knots and feels like it wasn’t condition at all. Hate this conditioner! Stay away!!

A little goes a long way part two

Very dense and creamy, feels and smells like a high class conditioner and it is! Will buy the next bigger bottle when this one runs out.

Leaves my hair feeling extra dry and extremely knotty. Wish I could return it.

Condition What?!?

I have used B&B products before but I was SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED in this. I have blonde thick hair, and after using this, I could not even get a comb through my hair without it ripping it out!

Not for fine hair

I rated this two stars based on the fact that I do like the scent. However, the scent isn’t long lasting anyways. The performance is nonexistent. I spend a decent amount of time having to comb my hair after each wash/conditioning and this product increased the amount of time that I had to spend. It felt as though it was breaking my already fine hair and causing it to thin more. Maybe it’s just not compatible with my type of hair. I am disappointed that I purchased the large bottles rather than the small, because I didn’t end up using most of them and ended up throwing them out. I live over 2 hours away from my nearest Sephora so it wasn’t worth the effort of returning them.

This conditioner manages to somehow be both drying and heavy in my hair, so I only use it (and the matching shampoo) every now and then to try to use it up. I also notice that it foams up and takes a lot of rinsing to get it out.
