I have been using this product for a few years now and nothing soothes and calms my skin after treatments like chemical peels like this!

A great product. I have used this for a number of years and find it gentle and effective on my sensitive skin.

Pump dispenser does not work. Product is unusable

I would love to give this a better review but unfortunately the dispenser pump on the product does not work. I have a full tube that I can't use. I have emailed Clarins directly about this (twice) and nearly 6 weeks later am yet to receive a response. Very poor service Very poor dispenser design.

great balm for troubled skin

I have eczema and this balm brings cooling relief when my skin is troubled.

The tube is bottom heavy and doesn’t stand up

Packaging of product poor. Will not stand does not dispense product consistently.

Love this balm

I love this balm. It just feels so lovely and calming for my skin. I like the pump dispenser that gives out a perfect amount. I’ve bought this repeatedly - it’s my go to when my skin is inflamed.

Use on my scar after knee replacement

I purchased this balm for my 20cm long scar, after my second knee replacement on my left knee. I was concerned about the build up of scar tissue and the area around the scar was still very sensitive 9 weeks after surgery. The first time I used it, I dabb it on to keep the pain to a minimum, I did not expect it to relieve the tenderness of the scar and the sensitivity of the area around it so quickly, it is also a great moisturiser, my scar is healing nicely and is very smooth now. I love this balm it truly is amazing. I would recommend this for use on any area that is tender or sensitive.

Great balm, rubbish dispenser

Great balm and works well if you can get it out of the tube!!!! Even though it's good I won't buy again - life's too short to waste time trying to get the pump to work.

Lovely but a small tube !

Having developed dry skin I used oil at night and needed something to keep up the softness during the day. I tried this and it absorbs well and worked well. Just wish it was a bigger size as I think I may use this often.
