I tend to use a lot of lip moisturizers and balms because I have dry skin. Most balms don’t seem to moisturize much, simply protect. This balm from Sol de Janeiro is different…it has the protective layer but also moisturizes my lips while it’s protecting them from getting chapped. And the smell and taste is great.

Love the size and scent

I like it, but I miss the consistency of the old formula, and even though it smells close to the same, I feel the old formula was a little more scented, which I know some people didn’t like. I wish both formulas were available! I know many people prefer this formula, but it would be nice to have both options available! However I’m just glad it’s at least close and still my favorite once I run out of the old stuff.

One you buy this product you will definitely be hooked provides moisture for hours in protect your lips from the cold. I had dried cracked lips and nothing was helping until I started using this product.

I bought this because of the sale a few weeks ago because it is pretty pricy, but i am going to continueeeee buying this. it smells amazing and isnt sticky or anything, but it makes my lips turn butter soft right away. i apply this like 3x a day at school because it feels amazing.

It smells good and makes my lips feel good. I wish it was the tiniest bit “softer” for lack of a better word - just so more product applied on my lips at one time but it’s still really nice and smells amazing.
