Excellent for the skin

I love this cleansing balm and I now use it nightly. You do not need to use a lot and it feels great. Smells nice and comes in a lovely little blue pot. Ideal for removing make up and leaving skin feeling nourished.

Actually Works

I like the packaging for this balm. Love me some light blue. This is easy to open and close and won’t spill out. A plus for me with this balm is that it’s good for my skin. It has probiotics and squalane in it and that’s a big yes for me. This is easy to use and I like that a lot. It took off the waterproof mascara and made cleansing the face a lot easier. You can use this any time of the day. It wasn’t harsh on the skin. This didn’t cause any breakouts. I like that it claims to help better your skin and the texture. I used this on a friend after a lot of makeup and this melted the makeup and didn’t irritate her eyes. I will and have used this again on myself. Overall this is a good one and I appreciate this product. I also think that it’s affordable.

Jestem w szoku jak bardzo polubiłam ten produkt. Domywa WSZYSTKO bez jakiegoś super wielkiego tarcia. Pięknie pachnie, ma fajne opakowanie, które jest odporne na upadki (testowane :)). Konsystencja jest fajna, bez najmniejszego problemu topi się pod wodą. Baaaardzo polecam!

All my eye makeup was removed so quickly!

As a makeup artist and skincare specialist, I am always eager to try new and innovative products in skincare. I was recently given the opportunity to try the Clean skin Cleansing Balm in return for my honest opinion. This is a brand new product from the Sephora collection. I have always liked cleansing balms and was ready to try this one. I have sensitive skin so I decided to remove my eye makeup on one eye. I liked how the balm felt. I warmed it in my fingers then applied the oily texture to my eye. It immediately started to dissolve my eye makeup so easily. I then rinsed my eye and dried my eye area. Nothing left all the eye makeup was removed. I can honestly say that this cleansing balms performs well and dissolves makeup quickly. Unfortunately, due to my sensitivities, I broke out with a small rash by my eye area. This is a good product but not a good fit for me.

My name is Lyndsey and I am a licensed cosmetologist of over thirteen years. My primary focus has been hair but did dabble in makeup artistry for some time. Even on a personal level removing all makeup, especially waterproof ones has always been quite the challenge and a frustrating task. I am a big wipe fan but did not mind this remover without the wipe and using a brush. It did melt away the makeup niceley and efficiently. I didnt have any reactions and it did remove from my skin imperssively well. I have yet to try on waterproof mascara but did remove waterproof eyeliner as well as eyebrow strain surprisingly well. I would recommend this to anyone whom is hesitant using remover products to get their stubborn eyeliner off. I love how my skin felt after and the fact that it was gentle and efficient and didn't include rubbing my eyes raw.

A must have for sensitive skin

I've tried a variety of makeup removers and most are very harsh on my skin leaving it feeling too dry or too oily after.This makeup is ever so gentle on my skin and didn't leave my face feeling irritated afterwards.You just apply it over your makeup on dry skin then massage the balm all over I like to use a soft silicone face brush.Then once you see it working you just rinse everything off.I found this to be gentle on my eye area as well not leaving my eyes burning when I wash it off afterwards.I recommend this for anyone with combination or sensitive skin that likes to wear makeup and has issues using other types of makeup removers.So if you experience these issues try it out!You won't be disappointed or be left with irritated skin afterwards.

Cleans well

I am a strong believer in proper cleansing, especially if I have on makeup or sunscreen that are water resistant. Usually I will double cleanse with an oil and then another cleanser to remove the oil residue. This balm is fun to use and rinsed away clean without a second cleanser step. I love how it melts into an oil consistency on contact with my warm skin, but doesn’t run and drip all over. Once I put water on it, it emulsifies and rinses completely away, and all the makeup with it. One thing I noticed was I did still feel like it left my face slightly tight feeling, although I have hard water, so that doesn’t help. I love the light floral smell while I am using it. It really adds to the enjoyment of cleansing. It didn’t get in my eyes while they were shut and I was removing eye makeup and it didn’t leave behind any oil residue. I definitely recommend this cleanser for makeup removal as being effective, gentle and mess free. This review was collected as part of a promotion.
