Modesty In and Around

Inherently the eau de toilette smells sharper at first but the alcoholic smell fades quickly. However it came in good packaging and lasted at least two hours each trial. Another good thing is that it smells natural and pleasant, doesn't smell particularly sweet or pungent some brands might do, so is most suitable for daily life I assume.

Aftershave with staying power

Used this on my sister's wedding day. Only applied it in the morning but could still smell it later on in the day. The fact it won't need multiple applications will save money in the long run. I was complimented many times throughout the day for it's scent

Lovely

One of the best fragrances I have ever owned. Clean and fresh for everyday wear with great performance. Addictive smell which gets a lot of compliments. I honestly prefer this over the Profumo as that is a little bit on the sweeter side for me.

I’ve been wearing Acqua di Giò Profondo for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favourites. If you’ve ever tried the original Acqua di Giò, this feels like its more modern, deeper, and slightly more mature brother. The opening hits with a fresh burst of citrus and aquatic notes — it’s clean and invigorating, but not too sharp. As it settles, there’s this nice blend of aromatic herbs like rosemary and lavender, which give it a masculine edge without being overpowering. The base is where it really stands out for me — the mineral and marine notes mixed with patchouli make it feel richer and longer lasting than the classic version. Longevity has been solid on my skin, usually lasting the whole working day, and I get good projection for the first few hours before it settles into something more subtle but still noticeable. I’ve had a few compliments wearing it, especially in the warmer months, though I think it works well year-round because of its balance between freshness and depth. For me, Profondo is perfect for someone who wants that aquatic DNA but with more character and staying power. It’s versatile enough for the office, casual wear, or even evenings out. If I had to nitpick, it’s not the most unique fragrance out there, and if you already own several aquatics you might find it a bit familiar. But personally, I love how refined and well-rounded it is — it feels like a safe but classy choice I can reach for any day.

Smells amazing - head turner!

WOW! I’ve never tried this brand before but it smells incredible. The scent lasts all day so a little goes a really long way. The packaging was simple but effective and the small bottle size means it’s easy to carry around in a pocket for top-ups, not that you need them but good for a lil freshen up!
